Given the nature of technology and technical difficulties, create a backup copy of all your work to ensure work is not lost using a back-up disk, CD-ROM, or internet storage site, or hard drive (such as your computer's hard drive, and external hard drive, a Flash drive, etc.).

There may be times when your computer or Internet fails while you are emailing, uploading files into Blackboard's Assessments, or posting a discussion. Having a copy saved elsewhere, first, will prevent you from having to re-do an entire assignment.
