The following schedule has been approved by the District Advisory board of Educational Technology Services.
Regularly scheduled Operations Maintenance Windows:

Backups of Production data are performed nightly.
* The general understanding is that the 3rd weekend maintenance window that is scheduled on Saturday includes a 24 hour buffer window on Sunday that provides a time for monitoring changes and emergency rollbacks if required, before the Monday workday should begin. However, our intent is to avoid system unavailability on Sunday, as it is outside of our normal 8 hour maintenance window.
