The Digital Classroom Project Plan has been released and NEFEC has been working on making sense of the requirements as well as identifying how to support our districts in identifying appropriate levels of support. We believe that the best plans will include perspectives from instruction, finance, technology, and leadership. Based on your feedback and the tight turnaround time, we would like to invite you to a remote session to update you on the new DCP and assist you in developing a plan that will not only help you achieve your instructional goals, it will also be approved by FLDOE in a timely fashion.
The first of two sessions will be on August 30th from 9:00-11:00. We welcome your feedback and the draft agenda topics are:
• Overview of DCP
• What is the same
• What has changed
• Priority for Funding
• Basic Instructions/Tips
• Existing Support
• Support Needed
• New Personnel
• Next Steps
A second follow-up session will be held on September 9th from 9:00-11:00.
