The NEFEC College Readiness Task Force Mission Statement

The NEFEC College Readiness Task Force will serve to: identify ways to strengthen the P-16 education pipeline, improve student readiness for postsecondary opportunities, decrease the need for remediation in college, address data and tracking needs, improve access for all students, facilitate collaboration among regional institutions, and support the efforts of our school districts and colleges to produce and retain successful college students and working citizens.

The College Readiness Task Force is composed of representatives from colleges and school districts within the NEFEC region. Our members are:

The Task Force meets quarterly to discuss issues relevant to college readiness and to spearhead projects that support the improvement of student achievement through collaboration and regional delivery of services.
