Teachers are provided with a wide array of professional learning in the content areas and in pedagogical practices.  School administrators have opportunities to collaborate across districts to address identified areas of need.  <br />

The Instructional Services Program writes and implements grants for the districts and supports them in the development of required plans such as the master inservice plan, leadership plan, and digital classroom plan.  Regular opportunities for cross-district networking and collaboration are provided through the NEFEC Organization of Educational Leaders (NOELs), the College and Career Network, Title Director Meetings, and STEM Advisory.
