Purpose: To provide the coordination of bulk purchasing, distribution, scanning, scoring, reporting, and technical assistance for the administration of the Stanford Achievement Test, 10th Series (SAT 10), GMADE and GRADE so that member districts can assess students through cost effective and efficient services.
