Director, Instructional Special Projects

I am the Director of Instructional Special Projects team. In this role, I support school counselors and post-secondary and workforce partners through our College & Career Readiness Network. The mission of the Network is to identify ways to strengthen the P-16 education pipeline, improve student access and readiness for college and/or careers, and support the efforts of our school districts to produce and retain successful college students and working class citizens.

I also have the opportunity to work with district HR Directors through the Human Resources Management Network. In this capacity I support participating districts by facilitating the sharing of best practices, assisting and coordinating targeted professional development for HRMN members, and by working with districts to implement a comprehensive Human Capital Management System that includes recruiting, inducting, and retaining new teachers.

Education: Master's Degree in Education: Career and Technical Education, University of South Florida, 2016 ~ Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management: Human Resources Minor, 2010, Ashford University
