The North East Florida Educational Consortium (NEFEC) Board of Directors Leadership Development Program (BODLDP) is a leadership development program for NEFEC superintendents.
During the 2018-19 school year, superintendents will complete projects centered on educational challenges in one of three broad areas:
Mental Health and Safety
Achievement in School Grade Categories (includes continuation projects)
HCMS
Or any other topic at each superintendent's discretion
The Summit will help participants begin to develop a collaborative plan of action to strategically address their selected educational challenges. During the ensuing project, participants will document their involvement and submit for review.
