Designed and developed by the North East Florida Educational Consortium in collaboration with the Florida School Boards Association, Heartland Educational Consortium, Panhandle Area Educational Consortium, and Urban Schools Human Capital Academy, the three modules presented are for Florida school board members.

Any school board members who are interested in building their educational capacity as leading members of the educational community by learning how to be effective leaders in the implementation of Florida Standards, educator evaluation, and the application of best practices for human capital management are encouraged to engage in these modules.

The modules may be taken in any order and are self-paced. Participants will earn a micro-credential, certificate of completion, and a recommended 5 hours or .5 CEUs upon the successful completion of each module.
