What questions are you trying to answer? How do we "show" the answers in meaningful, comprehensible, and actionable ways? Data visualizations bring numerical or textual information together in ways to help educators, students, and caregivers. We provide a variety of data visualizations based on the type of information (secure or publicly available), who will be using the information, and other special requirements.

NEFEC Public Visualizations

The District Data Profile compiles students' achievement, levels, and subtest performances across schools and districts. This visualization includes all FAST, FSA and EOC assessments as provided and made available by the FL DOE.

The content focus analysis compiles various annual reports related to assessment anatomy and benchmark values across all test forms for the Biology EOC, 5th and 8th Grade Science Assessments, and the US History EOC.

*Please note that this was last updated in 2019 as that was the last time these data were released. As such, this information may be outdated and may not apply to the new computer-adaptive versions of these tests.

The subgroup achievement profile complies annual ESSA reports from the FL DOE. These reports visualize achievement, gain, acceleration, and graduation data by federal subgroups. Subgroups that can be found in this report include: race, disability status, socio-economic status, and ELL. This report visualizes a 3-year trend for each subgroup. The data will soon come out for 2022-2023.

The ETS Event Calendar provides a single point of entry to view various tasks associated with school processes (Human Resources, Finance, and Student) along with dates and resources. To have tasks, events or resources added to the visualization, please submit a ticket here https://nefec.freshdesk.com/support/home.

The School Grade Forecaster provides a visualization of the current school and district grades for the 2022-23 year, as well as an opportunity to forecast into the 2023-24 school year. The new version of the School Grade Forecaster gives users the ability to include the additional components for 2023-24 and immediate calculations for both school and district grades.
