Hewlett-Packard PCL 5 Cartridge for the LaserJet IIP C2088A

Requirements: LaserJet IIP with at least 1 megabyte additional memory ( 2 megabytes for Page Protection feature)

The Cartridge adds the following capabilities in addition to those already in the LaserJet IIP

Scalable Fonts:
CG Times - Normal, Bold, Italic, and Bold-Italic
Univers - Medium, Bold, Medium Italic, Bold Italic

Symbol Sets: All Scalable Fonts are available in Roman-8, PC-8, PC-850, PC-8 Danish/Norwegian, ECMA-94 Latin 1, Legal. All of these can be used with ISO sets 2, 4, 6, 10 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 21, 25 57, 60, 61, 69, 84, 85, HP Spanish and HP German. Scalable Fonts are also available in VN Math; VN US; PI Font; Windows VN Intl; PS Math; Math-8 MS Publ; PS Text; Desktop.

Additional Messages:

17 MEM CONFIG The printer is reconfiguring its memory for Page Protection. Proceed after 00 READY is displayed.

19 ADD MEMORY There isn't enough memory in the printer for the PCL 5 cartridge to operate. Add at least 1 megabyte of memory to the printer.
