In partnership with Flagler County School personnel, this 3-session training provides new administrators with knowledge and skills for the evaluation of instructional personnel.
The first session will be presented by Dr. Earl Johnson on 9/12/18 from 2:00 - 3:30. Participants will learn about contract requirements and district expectations.
Sessions 2 and 3 will be presented by Dr. Chris Pryor (NEFEC). Topics presented include:
- Using the district's evaluation rubric as an administrator
- Distinguishing between the levels of performance
- Evidence vs. Opinion
