Participants will learn to evaluate their classroom management style utilizing the STOIC Intervention Tool (A proactive and positive approach to classroom management). Participants will receive a copy of the CHAMPS (K-5) or Discipline in the Secondary Classroom (6-12) text. They will "CHAMP" out one classroom and transition activity and utilize a basic assessment to measure the effectiveness of their newly developed cues). Participants will also learn how the ABCs of Behavior align with STOIC and practice using both assessment tools to adjust their classroom management plan to match the needs of common Tier II Behaviors.
