This course is designed for those teachers who already have a reading endorsement who wish to earn an ESOL endorsement. In addition to the 120 hours that teachers receive from their reading endorsement cross-walk, they must take this 60-hour course as well as ESOL Applied Linguistics (60 hours) and Methods of Teaching ESOL (60 hours). This online course is being offered through a negotiated agreement with BeaconEducator and will be instructed by a NEFEC instructor. A minimum of 7 participants must be enrolled in order for this course to be held.
