NEFEC's Aspiring Leaders Program (ALP) is designed for experienced teachers with leadership potential who desire to explore the possibility of becoming a school leader.
The program is a blended model: Facilitated Online Coursework w/ 3 Face-to-Face Meetings
Dates: Online course opens on December 14, 2021, and closes April 29, 2022
The Face to Face meeting dates are:
December 14, 2021 - Virtual session to provide an overview of ALP as well as an introduction to Moodle, the online platform used for the program.
February 15, 2022 - Debrief of Module 1 and Kick-off of Module #2: The Leader as Coach
April 5, 2022 - Debrief on Module#2 and Kick-off Module #3: The Leader as Administrator
Cost: $450 per participant
