Orientation to the FELS is a 20-Hour online course that is designed to expose participants to all of the expectations for an educational leader in the role of school principal and assistant principal while providing opportunities for reflection in order to point to areas of personal leadership growth and development. *If you are NOT currently employed by a Florida school district/organization with an approved Professional Learning Catalog, contact your local Florida school district/organization to inquire if they are willing to review your follow-up activity and submit your in-service points. NEFEC can NOT verify your follow-up activity.
