The focus for this session is for school district administrators to learn best practices for monitoring and supporting year 1 teacher evaluation implementation with a focus on clear expectations and accountability, including building a principal forum for sharing best practices and success, and indicators for monitoring accuracy, use of the system, data reports and evidences for school building-levels of implementation.
