DI: This workshop is designed to provide teachers in mixed-ability classrooms with foundational information and skills to begin creating differentiated classrooms. Understanding the principles and practices of a differentiated learning environment can help teachers address the challenges in mixed-ability classrooms. The creation of a differentiated environment is an ongoing process that requires time and support. The content and activities presented in this workshop are appropriate for teachers from all grade levels and content areas and are essential to planning and implementing instruction for students with diverse learning needs. This includes students who are highly able learners, those who may be struggling, and those with mild to severe disabilities.

Accommodations: This workshop provides information about accommodations for students with disabilities. The workshop is based on the book, Accommodations: Assisting Students with Disabilities (2018).
