The North East Florida Educational Consortium invites your company/organization to participate in our Summer Leadership Conference as an exhibitor. This is a valuable opportunity to showcase your products and services directly to our educators. By participating, you’ll ensure that our educators are familiar with what you offer. PLEASE NOTE — To make the most of our time together and streamline sessions, the event will now include a half-day on Monday and a full day on Tuesday. This refreshed format allows us to focus on the most impactful sessions and collaborative opportunities.

Location & Accommodations

The Sawgrass Marriott is the host hotel for the 2026 NEFEC Summer Leadership Conference and is located at 1000 PGA Tour Blvd, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.

Reservations: Room reservations can be made using this link.

Reservations can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival without any charge. Any reservations cancelled inside that 72-hour window will incur a 1 night room and tax charge.

Room Rate: The discounted room rate of $169.00 will be available until June 19, 2026 or until the room block is sold out.

Resort Fee: The Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa room rates will be subject to a non-commissionable daily resort fee (discounted to $25.00 per room per night, plus tax). The fee will cover a number of amenities.

Parking: The hotel's current daily self-parking rate is $10.00 (this rate is subject to change).

Set-up Dates and Hours

Exhibit Table Information

Six-foot draped tables will be set up in the pre-function area. Wireless Internet will be available Electricity will be provided to Gold sponsors, and available at an additional charge upon request for Silver and Bronze Sponsors. Exhibits must have personnel available to respond to questions from conference attendees. Participating vendors are expected to remain set up through the conclusion of the conference. Exhibit space will be assigned on a first come, first sold basis.

Participant Bags

Attendees will be given swag bags on arrival, feel free to send any “swag” items (pens, notepads, water bottles, etc.) to NEFEC by July 10, 2026 to be included in participant bags. We are expecting 250 attendees so please send at least one item per bag.

Invoicing and Payment

Once you register, we will send you an invoice or a PayPal link for payment. Please note that payment for the conference is due 30 days prior to the event. If we don’t receive a response regarding payment, we will have to cancel your registration and offer your spot to the next person on the waitlist.
