Standard Feeders: One Paper Tray

  1. Adjust the print settings in your software program for media type, size, and orientation.
  2. Slide the paper width and length adjusters to their outermost positions.
  3. Push in about a 3/4-inch stack of media along the right side of the IN tray, print side down, until it stops.
  4. Readjust the paper width and length adjusters to fit snugly against the media's edges.

Printing On Envelopes using the Single Envelope Slot

  1. Adjust the print settings in your software program for paper type, size and orientation.
  2. Insert the envelope into the single-envelope slot, with the flap facing up and to the right, until it stops.
  3. Adjust the envelope, if necessary, to make sure the right edge is aligned with the right side of the IN tray.

To Print a Stack of Envelopes Using the IN Tray

  1. Adjust the print settings in our software program for paper type, size and orientation.
  2. Slide the paper width and length adjusters to their outermost positions.
  3. Push in up to 15 envelopes along the right side of the IN tray, with their flaps facing up and to the right, until they stop.
  4. Readjust the paper width and length adjusters to fit snugly against the envelope edges.
