Location & Accommodations
The Sawgrass Marriott is the host hotel for the 2024 NEFEC Summer Leadership Conference and is located at 1000 PGA Tour Blvd, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.
Reservations: Room reservations can be made using this link or by calling 904-285-7777 (ask for the NEFEC Summer Leadership Conference rate).
Reservations can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival without any charge. Any reservations cancelled inside that 72-hour window will incur a 1 night room and tax charge.
Room Rate: The discounted room rate of $145.00 will be available until June 7, 2024 or until the room block is sold out.
Resort Fee: The Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa room rates will be subject to a non-commissionable daily resort fee (discounted to $15.00 per room per night, plus tax). The fee will cover a number of amenities.
Parking: The hotel's current daily self-parking rate is $10.00 (this rate is subject to change).

Exhibit Table Information
Six-foot draped tables will be set up in the pre-function area. Wireless Internet will be available, and electricity will be available at an additional cost upon request when you register. Exhibits must have personnel available to respond to questions from conference attendees. Exhibit space will be assigned on a first come, first sold basis.
